Dave was incredible! Our AC went out and a friend recommended calling Dave...it was a Saturday afternoon, Dave said he was in the area, he could stop by in 10 minutes which he did. Looked at our 30 year old units, quickly diagnosed an easy to fix problem, he was done in 10 minutes. Said he wasn't sure that fix would 100% solve the issue permanently (and no repair bill!) but let's try it first. We were good for several days, but then stopped again. He came back quickly for second repair and things are great! I am thrilled we didn't need to replace the unit. Thank you Dave for your efficient, friendly and honest service. Go Bills!

They filled up the Freon but failed to check for leaks, they were in and out very quick and onto the next job. 2 days later no ac, got a new company they found the reason a leak and topped up the Freon, spent time checking everything even asked if there were any questions. And half the price of All Pro, who charged $685 all down the drain. I saw all the five stars and thought they must be good,, sadly not for us. Also they never gave us a receipt .

Fantastic experience. Job came in at quoted price, the installation crew arrived when they said they would arrive, they were respectful of the property, hauled off all trash, completed the job on time and followed up to make sure we did the warranty paperwork and SRP rebate correctly. On top of all of this, All Pro AC was almost 2K cheaper than the other 4 places we quoted. Would absolutely recommend

Dave and his company were great. Our unit went out on a Wednesday, it was replaced by Thursday night. Really great work.

David was very punctual, even early, which is very nice when your house is a sauna. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to exchange the broken part in like 30 minutes. He is such a kind soul and a great business man. Very hard working and had a great attitude, even when he's working in 100+ degree weather. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Dave was very honest, market price was the best for very reliable equipment and his team was right on time, courteous, clean, and equipment seems to be working perfectly.

After my purchased the special on Angie's List I received an email confirmation saying the service provider will reach out to me. I did not receive a call or email from the company, so I decided to call them. I spoke to a representative and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I received an email the next day saying he had a dental appointment and the schedule would be tight but he would still be able to make it. He did not show up to the appointment and I have not heard from him since. I feel like I was blown off because he did not want to deal with me.

All Pro AC provided exceptional service! Dave was very prompt to communicate via telephone, text and in person. He offered to look at the unit for a second opinion and provide a bid for a new unit if necessary. Within MINUTES of his visit, he got the HVAC working again! He stuck around to monitor it for a while to be sure everything was okay. He even adjusted it to be more efficient when AC is running. Dave gave us great tips to help extend the life of the unit for many more years too. He's very experienced and it shows. I was prepared to have to plunk down several thousands of dollars for a new HVAC unit. All Pro AC could have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a big sale, but they didn't. They didn't try to sell other parts or services either (e.g. an acid wash cleaning). All we paid for was the maintenance visit, which was nominal. It didn't stop there either. Dave texted me the following day to check if there have been any issues -- which there haven't been any. All Pro AC is a trustworthy company. Even though I have several more years left of my maintenance service contract with the Orangutan Home Services, I will be relying on All Pro AC for all future needs instead.

We were under the gun trying to leave for a family vacation when our A/C system broke down. We needed a repair quickly as we had pets and a pet sitter that would be in the house. I called Dave at All-Pro after finding some positive references online. Dave came over on a Sunday evening to assess the situation and discuss our options. His crew's schedule was very full for the week except Tuesday early morning. He committed to having his team onsite at 5am and wrapped up by 10:30am so we could meet our noontime target departure. We needed to have our attic air handler replaced and the team showed up at 4:55am and finished around 10am. Very friendly, courteous and careful with the mess created from removal of the old unit. System is running great now! We are very happy customers!

I will definitely use All Pro AC again. I called at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived 20 minutes later and fixed the AC within 20 minutes. Really nice person also!

I called Dave early in the morning about a furnace that would not stop running. He came out the same day in the afternoon, verified all elements of the system were powered, found the problem wire that had come disconnected and reattached it, and then verified that everything worked correctly. Even though it seemed clear the wire was the culprit, he still double checked everything to make sure nothing else was wrong, which I greatly appreciated. He doesn't try to sell you on services you don't need, and he's fast and efficient at getting the job done. He's a rare gem in the business and I will definitely call him again if I need anything looked at with the HVAC system. Thank you!

.Dave was out of town at the time but still came over from the airport on a Sunday, no less. No pushy sales pitch. Repairing my existing unit was his first concern for economic reasons for me. Only after seeing the unit and noting it,s age we decided to install a new unit. He recommended the correct unit and I opted for a upgraded model with additional features. All in all the service was excelent from start to finish.

Dave is very honest and responsive. We knew our unit was on it's last leg in the spring and of course, it went out when it was 115 degrees. Dave came out immediately and gave us a charge to get us through the next couple of days until he could install a new unit. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful! 5 STARS isn't enough! Please don't look elsewhere, you will be waisting your time and $ if you don't find someone comparable. We knew earlier there were problems with the A/C unit but tried to find someone we were comfortable with but they made everything seem difficult and time consuming. When David came over it was just the opposite. Everything seemed obtainable and he communicated with ease. We called David when the unit broke down. We needed a new unit ASAP. The old unit broke down on a scorching Arizona summer day and we had sick family members waiting to come back home. He came out and was able to get a new unit through one of his contacts even though it was a holiday and everything was closed. He knew what he was doing, did it efficiently and was pleasant to talk to, a good man. Sadly it is rare now to get this kind of service but when you do you count yourself lucky. If for some reason he is busy and can't come out when you need him I would advise you to wait, you will find it will be well worth it.
