 + -1 moreMade initial appointment for 9/12 - no-show. Rescheduled for later, he came and we agreed on the work. Company called with appointment time from 8 to 10 AM on 10/23 -no-show again. I had to call the company, agreed to reschedule for 10/25. I emphasized the importance of being here around 8, the agreed time, and Jennifer assured me that the crew would meet at their yard at 6:30 and be here by 8. At about 9 I had to leave. Another no-show. Three appointments blown off - how can I trust them to work on my home? Cancelled the agreement.

Description of Work: Alcoa Landscape Specialists did trimming into our backyard but they failed to remove the weeds. I used them last in July and I have been using them for several months.
