For the record Maybe once before have I written a bad review: Last Tuesday 7/5/2022 a friend Reffeared me to Doug. I called and he called right back the first time I called. He made a plan to come the next day. A few hours later he called back and asked to come then. Unfortunately, we were not around. He came the next morning at 9am and let us know that he would have a quote to us later that day. I had to call the next day, he was on a roof and would call back…never did. Left another voicemail… Saturday he emailed the quote to my husband. I emailed right back. Today I received a text asking it I got it. I texted back yes, and let him know Tuesday at 9 is perfect. He the. Said sorry has to push back to Thursday, that his metal guy doesn’t have the parts. Hmm… let him know if anything changes please let me know. This afternoon our air went crazy and I sent him a text since he clearly responds to that… and he said he no longer wants the job or any other job. This man is unprofessional and has zero work ethic. Do not hire him because if you have a real emergency you can’t count on him!

My heat pump needed work to be ready for summer season. Aire Rite gave me an estimate and offered additional option. Work was done promptly and efficiently and unit is working very well.
