ADVANTAGE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

They did an okay job the first two times they came out. The 3rd time, they didn't do all of the work they were supposed to. The last time they came out, they did such a poor job! When I spoke to the rep, they weren't even pulling weeds, they were just covering them up. they didn't blow anything away, they just blew them into a corner or out in the street. The weeds, of course, grew right back. I called the owner to come out and finish the job, but he won't come out. it took him 3 days to call me back after leaving some messages, and we had a difficult conversation. I was very upset, and wanted my deposit back, but he would not give it back to me.

Mike was quick to respond via telephone to a request for an estimate, and arrived soon after to evaluate the job. He understood that we were on a tight schedule and was able to accommodate us the following morning. When the crew arrived, I was pleased with their efficiency and attention to detail. I barely recognized our citrus trees when they were done (and that's a good thing!). I had to leave before they were finished with the job, but I was pleasantly surprised to return home to a front and back yard looking better than it ever has. They did everything that they were asked to and exceeded our expectations.
