This is a new review for a recent visit. Mr. Nebraska was at my house on Wed. Thank you. He was amazing: thorough, and found a sneaky leak. This was my first appointment for their new plumbing service. When Mr. Nebraska arrived we talked about what he would do and how he would proceed. He asked me what my concerns were and if I had any questions. He was fantastic: professional, patient and super neat. I appreciate the time and care he took. He ran into a couple of glitches and didn't miss a beat. Everything was addressed. The A/C Doctors have been my air conditioning and heating company for many years and they have always been excellent. I highly recommend them and their team of technicians. Please notice. When you call in to set up appointments or ask questions, their phone staff are the best: very friendly, polite, very professional and efficient.

12/20 -Been a customer with A/C Doctors for many years. They recently started offering plumbing service. I had a leaky stop valve for the toilet. Asked for all 3 toilet valves to be replaced. Was quoted $125, 1hr for the job. Plumber took 2.5hrs, charged us $50 more b/c it took longer (that was not disclosed). Would have been ok with the job but discovered a massive crack in the toilet basin after the job was done. The toilet gushes water out when flushed. Reached out to A/C Doctors … hoping they will repair the damage done 12/21 - owner called us back apologize for what happened and got someone out to replace the toilet. I’m so happy they did the right thing! 3/1 - Had A/C Doctors back. Found a leak causing water to collect on the ceiling of the main floor. Opened up the drywall and found water dripping down the copper pipe leading up to the toilet that AC Doctors repaired on 12/20. Fine mist of water was spraying back towards the wall at the stop valve. Technician repaired it and the water stopped dripping at no charge. Time to see if AC Doctors will repair the drywall and paint from the leak.

Great technician, he did his job very professionally and gave me information about my plumbing that was important for me to know. I’d definitely recommend him.

Amazing! The communication is on point. Received text messages from the company of which technicians will be coming, and then received a message from that tech when he was on his way. They are respectful, courteous, and provided a great service. And they are fair on pricing. I won’t EVER use another HVAC company. AC Doctor’s will have my business forever.

I had AC Doctors over to my house to see why my ac would not cool. I was worried that I was going to need a new ac unit based on age and it not cooling. They came out found the problem and got me running again same day. They saved the day. Will definitely use them again and have already told some of my friends about them.
