Jim got on the roof to access the situation and told me a wire dome was exposed over the cover which he said he would pull off, repair, and paint to match the roof. Very informative of what he was doing and why the vent needed to be cleaned out.

Came on time - cleaned out vent - did a great job. Cleaned the vent and picked up all the blown out lint.

On time, friendly & professional work as described gave painters for vent cleaning & proper dryer placement timed duct so I wouldn’t have to pull dryer so far away from wall evened up washed legs.

Jim arrived on time. He is very professional and I felt safe with him working in the house. I accepted his offer to make the custom dryer connection and replace the washer hoses. (He did not pressure me into the decision.) Jim made me aware of a slight valve leak that will require a plumber's attention. He cleaned the dryer vent and lint cavity and replaced the hoses and fabricated the custom dryer connection. When he finished his work, Jim thoroughly cleaned his work area. I am very pleased with Jim's work. He is a true professional and I am proud to recommend him.
