Two movers did a very nice job restacking my storage unit in Tempe. They were helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for moving needs.

The four guys that were sent were very nice and professional. They did a very good job packing and loading everything but my Grand Piano. The company charged me 200 extra to load my piano which is the most I've have ever paid, so I assumed the movers were going to do a good job. They tried but obviously did not have much experience in dealing with grand pianos! They used a very flimsy dolly which broke and didn't take the top off the piano before wrapping it which they did only with Uhaul blankets and plastic wrap, even though they knew I was transporting it long distance. They were unfamiliar with how to remove the legs and pedal so when I realized they were doing it incorrectly, I had to show them. They did not wrap the piano legs separately so they were scratched very badly when we arrived in Texas. I was a nervous wreck worrying about my piano on the drive to Texas since is wasn't wrapped with any cushioning. Every time we would hit a bump, I cringed thinking about a cracked soundboard. They need to realize that a piano is not just a piece of furniture but a delicate musical instrument. I am having to store my piano in a climate controlled storage shed until we find a larger place so I won't know if there was any damage until I am able to play it. If you just need regular furniture loaded, they will do a good job for you, BUT DO NOT USE THEM TO PACK/LOAD YOUR PIANO!

Great communication, reasonable price and professional service. The two movers who assisted were a great help. Definitely would use them again if needed.
