We have used Mark's services for over 30 years, and know a number of his other customers. We could never find a more skilled professional in this field, but almost better than this, he actually cares about keeping the cost to the customer as reasonable as he possibly can! Almost all other A/C companies have apparently decided that because they have you over a barrel here in our metro area due to the extreme temps, they are able to make a huge profit, so have no qualms about doing so -not Mark. This is a rare business person to say the least. And although he sincerely cares about the financial burden to his customers, his professional integrity also means that he never cuts a corner to save money either that would not be in your best interest. Truly can't say enough about his personal and professional integrity in light of the world we live in today!

Making an appointment time online was easy. I received a confirmation phone call on time, day, and techs name was also easy. Daniel came out promptly at the time specified and inspected the furnace. He was even gracious enough to check if the common wire connected to furnace for me as I am going to install a new thermostat.

great. the initial evaluation was covered by an angie list coupon. the parts were ordered. In the second return visit, the icemaker valve and new icemaker were installed. It took an hour total for installation.

This was the company my home warranty company sent when we had a problem. While I don't think much of some of the contractors the warranty company sends, my experience with A-Quality was very good. Highly recommend.

He is extremely honest and when you call him he is there within a day or two. He's very accomodating, very professional, and he's reasonable. He's not out to just take your money. He's very honest, reliable, and gets the job done the first time. He cleans up after himself and is exactly who you would want to come out and fix your air conditioning and appliances.

It went great and the final cost was under the original estimate. A owe a big "thank you" to Mark and his crew for keeping my AC up and running during these hot AZ summers since July of 2000.

The technician was on time and checked the unit thoroughly. After replacing the fuse, he made sure the temperature splits were dequate and finished up the coil cleaning and added the lubricant. $250 seems like a lot to clean the coils and add a can of lubricant, but I don't know how you put a value on keeping the a/c going through the rest of the summer. He answered all our questions.
