321 LANDSCAPE

The 321 Landscape guys met with me and my wife about our concerns in our back yard. We have had problems when it rains or using our sprinklers with water build-up on our patio due to our previous owners not leveling out the property correctly. The 321 Landscape guys developed a nice design that would help to enhance the areas of our yard that we currently enjoy (built in bbq and pool area). They came as promised and grated the property to eliminate any further water issues with our patio and put in a new decorative concrete edge for our lawn, added rocks and sod. There were a few scheduling hick-ups along the way but they were quick to call and let us know of those and arranged for an alternate time to work on the yard. We have also had them add curbing in our front yard as well. We can now enjoy our backyard and keep our patio clean. All the workers were very clean cut and professional. I worry about who I use for services in and around my home. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends and I will defiantly use them again.

I thought I picked out a great company but once they got to work it was all talk! They never called back in a timely manner and never showed up on time or on days they said they would. I was told the project could get done in a week but it turned out to take much longer and their excuse was the boss was out of town. So instead they put people to put concrete down that had no experience and they admitted it was a horrible job. Every other complaint we had they tried to convince us it was supposed to look that way. Example, a slant in the pathway and horrible chips/dents on the concrete edging. On their last day they had to hire extra help to finally get the project done. Never met their extra workers they hired for the day but they did fantastic on the curbing. When it came time for our final inspection we made it clear we were NOT fully satisfied and he said he could cut us a deal on the concrete staining. I never did take them on that since they showed no proof that they were professional enough to handle a job like that. The only reason we felt we had to hand over money is because his extra workers that did a good job on curbing were waiting on the street to get paid! Two weeks later, I got letters from HOA that the tree was still in horrible shape. I had told them to trim the dead branches, but when I got home from running errands tons of green living branches were piled up on the curb and the tree was left with an ugly hole in the middle. Later, I had to hire a professional tree trimmer to fix the job. And again, I had to call up the company to fix the sprinkler system they said they fixed- which they paid me pay more for! Just save yourself time and money.....
