"The worst service ever. Now I see why the rating are so low. They have no respect for their paying customers. I scheduled a bulk pickup in which I have a confirmation for. The website clearly offers a bulk link to schedule pick-up. I call them to ask why no pick up and I'm told not to use the link and I should have called or use the contact us link. They've refused to have someone pickup my items now I have to wait another month to rid the items. The young lady I spoke to said it was my fault not theirs. I never raised my voice once. Only asked that she listen to reasoning. She hung up. WOW REALLY?!?! You have one job!!"
