 + -1 moreREPLACED SOME OLD BATHROOM FIXTURES. SERVICE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THE ONLY TROUBLE WAS THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO MATCH THE COLOR OF EXISTING FIXTURES (ANTIQUE BRASS VS. CHROME). WE WERE TOLD THAT THE FINISH WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. YET, SINCE THIS TIME I HAVE KNOWN OTHERS IN THE METRO AREA WHOSE PLUMBERS WERE ABLE TO MATCH THIS FINISH. PERHAPS TRAVIS WAS NOT ABLE TO WORK WITH OTHER SUPPLIERS (?) OR DID NOT WANT TO TRY. THIS SITUATION LEFT A SOMEWHAT SOUR AFTERTASTE WITH AN OTHERWISE SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
