Jay and Dori did a great job. They did a market survey and we jointly talked through the pros and cons of various price points. They did not pressure us to a price that would make their work easier. They took spectacular photos of the home -- something I feel makes a real difference in today's market. As we were suddenly absentee owners because of having to take an out of state job, it was necessary for them to deal with all the particulars in getting the house ready for move in by the buyer. Several contractors had to be contacted and their work coordinated. They took care of all the details and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have been happier with the result.
