Jim knew what we wanted in a house and the areas of the valley we were interested in. Don't think that he's limited to 'Scottsdale'. Each time we met he was on-time and provided us with print-outs of the homes as well as cost comparisons. Jim never pressured us. He exemplified an adviser, and only when we asked for it. Not your average Realtor. Jim personified professionalism and competence in the offer-counter-offer phase. We felt proud that Jim represented us, he acted a true gentleman and skilled negotiator. After the acceptance, he was critical to getting the contingencies cleared with a list of trusted companies from home inspector, plumbers, to appliance stores. This is where a Realtor earns his commission and Jim skills epitomize what a buyer/seller would expect from a Realtor. But his involvement did not stop at the closing and he continued to assist us. After we'd owned the home for a week, we had a dishwasher issue and he figure out the problem. We believe that Jim was great!
