Priscilla was very professional; punctual and thorough. She took alot of pictures and her report was very detailed. She included quite a few comps from the area an took the time to explain why she used each one. We felt the report was accurate as well based on market trends.
Description of Work: Priscilla performed an appraisal of our 5,000 sf house in Phoenix.

They were great. On time & professional. Report was very complete and detailed. No problems, issues with challenge.
Description of Work: Requested them to measure and appraise house to challenge new tax bill. I won my appeal and county credited me taxes for five early years!

PRISCILLA FELLOWS STATED HER PRICES, TURNAROUND TIME, MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE HOUSE AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO THOROUGHLY ASSESS THE HOME AND THAT WAS ALL BEFORE MANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT PROMISED FAST TURNAROUND TIMES HAD CALLED BACK TO SET AN APPOINTMENT. SHE TOOK MANY PHOTOS, WAS ABLE TO FIND DAMAGE THAT I (AND MANY GENERAL CONTRACTORS) HAD NOT NOTICED PREVIOUSLY. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY, GAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS, AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I PROVIDED HER WITH COPIES OF THE REPAIR ESTIMATES I HAD RECEIVED FROM ROOFERS, DRYWALLERS, POOL REPAIR, FLOORING, COUNTERTOP REPLACEMENT TO ASSIST IN HER EVALUATIONS. SHE DID TAKE A FEW DAYS LONGER THAN HER NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME, THOUGH THE COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT AT KEEPING ME UPDATED AND RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS. THE FINAL ESTIMATE USED BOTH COST APPROACH AND SALES COMPARISON METHODS. ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE DIVORCE FELT THE ASSESSMENT WAS THOROUGH AND FAIR.
Description of Work: CHALLENGING APPRAISAL OF A HOME REQUIRING MAJOR REPAIRS. WE NEEDED AN ASSESSMENT OF HOW MUCH THE HOME WAS WORTH IN ''AS IS'' CONDITION IN A FAIRLY SHORT TIME FRAME FOR THE PURPOSES OF A DIVORCE PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. THE HOUSE HAD SEVERAL UNUSUAL FEATURES, SUCH AS AN OFFICE CONVERSION AND CAT 6 ETHERNET WIRING TO ALL ROOMS. THE HOUSE HAD ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRING REDONE DUE TO ELECTRICAL FIRES, AND HAS A LOT OF DAMAGE DUE TO THE REWIRING AND DUE TO FLOODS FROM BAD PLUMBING. IT ALSO REQUIRES MANY REPAIRS INCLUDING A NEW ROOF, REPLASTERING OF THE POOL, WATER DAMAGE, DRYWALL DAMAGE, RETEXTURING, REPAINTING, REPLACEMENT FLOORING AND MOLDING, REINSULATION, COUNTERTOP DAMAGE AND MUCH MUCH MORE... DURING OUR INITIAL PHONE CALLS TO FIND APPRAISERS, SOME COMPANIES FLAT OUT REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE JOB SINCE THEY WERE UNCERTAIN ABOUT THEIR SKILLS IN ASSESSING THE DAMAGED CONDITIONS.
