Everything was good, communication and work

Ethan was super responsive and informative. We have been struggling with others that have been trying to get our heater and remote pumps working together for months. Ethan came out and diagnosed the issues right away. I will not be using any other company for service on our heat pump or remote system!!

I had been having trouble with my salt cell not reading the salt levels properly and I couldn't figure out the cause so I had Precision come and check my system and Ethan diagnosed the problem right away and had the problem resolved very quickly, I am very happy with the prompt and professional service. He is communicative and punctual and one of the best in customer relations I have come across. He made sure everything was working perfectly and I am very excited that my pool is back to a sparkling blue.

Ethan provided great customer service. His communication skills went above and beyond, texting when he was enroute or when he was leaving the site to get additional supplies. Even with the temps over 100 degrees, he pursued in fixing the issue. Highly recommend.

Seemed exceptionally fair and helpful

Ethan is extremely communicative and does what he says he will and when he says. We had a pool pump and heater replaced and automation added so we can control the pool from our phones. Once Precision got into the job, some additional small issues were found (valves needing replacing, etc). Precision kept working until all the pieces were running flawlessly.
