This is the second painting company I have used since moving to AZ. To call me picky or anal about painting is an understatement. Every place or someone's home I go to I notice problems with their paint job. For some reason my eyes just find all the flaws. I walked into my daughters freshly painted bedroom and was speechless. Any one who knows me knows that doesn't happen. It looks AMAZING. I mean there is nothing I can criticize at all. He went above and beyond. He even cleaned the carpet since it happened to be in his truck. He hung the blinds back and everything. Did I say how perfect the lines are. My only regret is I didn't hire him to do the other rooms I had done this summer. The company I hired I also got off Angies list with good ratings. They didnt even come close. You better believe they are the only people I will call when I need to finish my downstairs and bathrooms. Look no further they are the best painters.

Jon and his team got to our home early Friday AM and got everything taped off and then began to spread the epoxy. Shortly after they got started, Jon decided that a second coat would produce a much better end product plus he suggested having the first coat fully dried before adding the second coat, so they had to come back again on Saturday for the second coat. Jon also decided that it was best to let it all set 16 hours before appling the clear coat. Jon treated this project like it was his own home. This is the second project we used Pearl Painting on and we could not be happier. A++++++++++

I also wanted to have my ceilings and trim done so I called them before I purchased the deal to see if they could give me an estimate. He told me they usually tell everyone that it's $50 per hour for any additional work to be done. That's fine, but I don't know how many hours it will take and I just wanted a cost. He also told me it was too far to drive and the return he was going to get from Angie's List was not worth it. He was not at all willing to work with me.

His crew started on time, completed on time and did a very thorough job. They were very professional and clean-up was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

He called the night before to verify the start time of 7AM. He was there at 6:55AM. He started even before the rest of his crew got there.. looking at the areas that required painting, setting up a priority and his equipment. Once he guys got there, one started the trim work and the other started taping and covereing for the sprayer. Jon went right to work and it was mind blowing to watch his speed and accuracy.. By the end of the day, they went around, removed the taping, touched up any issues, and left the yard in the exact state it was in when they came. As I have said before, I could not by happier with his work or his work ethic.. and thank you Angie's list for my Big Deal!!

We had a bit of a slow start, but once the project was started everything went smoothly. Jonathan is professional and cares about the quality of his work. He did a great job with the painting (which was the deal) and wall texturing (added), and I'm very happy with the result.

Job went great start to finish.

Except for trim, doors and shutters, house from ceiling to floor was painted gold. Previous owners had also painted over socket plates, light switches. One room was a media room, and previous owners had used liquid nails to put up foam for sound proofing. Jonathan and team came in and did a bang up, quality job in 3.5 days. Excellent lines on the ceiling, a quality you don't see any more. We are talking Home &Garden quality. Media room was a real challenge, with quite a bit of repair and prep needed to get it ready for painting. Jonathan and team were punctual, polite, and left the house very clean when they departed. Ceiiling had to be sprayed 4 times before it met Jonathan's high standards. I would highly recommend and would use Pearl Painting again. Which I will when we do the exterior of the house. The exterior is gold, too.

Initial contact by company very nice. They reached out to me via email to set up a time. We weren't in a hurry- so scheduled a few weeks out. A bit of confusion on the actual work date- fortunately I called to confirm. I wasn't in the book- but Jonathan ensured he met his obligation and the date/time we had selected. Nice job on the room painting, clean lines at wall/ceiling intersection. Came back a few days later to rehang all towel bars and shower rod.

We purchased an older home with paneling and wall paper. We wanted to dry wall and paint. Jonathan gave us a quote for both that was very fair. His work was excellent and showed personal pride in the results. When unexpected problems occurred, due to the age of the home, Jonathan went the extra mile and met the challenge with satisfactory solutions. The job was completed within the time agreed upon. I have used Pearl Painting in the past for the interior and exterior of my home, and once again I am pleased with the results. I love the cool decking, it makes my patio and pool area so much more enjoyable. They were timely, clean and very detailed oriented.

Excellent! Jonathan removed all the hardware on the doors prior to painting. This was great because so many painters just tape around the hardware and the results are not often pretty. He did some crack repair on a ceiling. He carefully did the job over 4 days. The rooms look fantastic! Jonathan took the extra time to paint over smudges and nail holes in the hallway. These were not in the contract, but as he was using the same paint as the main body of the house, he took the extra time to do this. That was above and beyond my expectations. The price was very reasonable for the work provided, lower than another estimate give to me. My client (I am the REALTOR for the property painted) was happy with my report on the work done. And we all know there is nothing like a happy client!

Pearl Painting are 100% first class. He was a super guy and did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up well. They left no mess behind. They were very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Highly recommend Jonathan Duncan for the excellent job! We had not yet moved to AZ and had to communicate by phone and email throughout the process. Jonathan is a true professional in thequality of his work and his communication skills. He helped me choose paint color that coordinates with everything. Our home looks beautiful. After awarding Jonathan the job; he performed all of the work in the time frame specified in the contract. He and his entire crew were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after the job better than any other contractor I have used. His work is OUTSTANDING. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work along side his crew. He is meticulous in his approach and the Quality of his work is second to none.

Jonathan and his crew are a TERRIFIC group of guys, so courteous and professional. They came when they said they would and finished the job in two days. They transformed my home that was built in 1970 and in need of paint to a thing of beauty. Do not hesitate to call Jonathan when you need any painting done. I would DEFINITELY hire these gentlemen again to do any painting I needed. I gave them an A for everything but they really deserve A+++++.

Over priced, then he realized that he charged to much, called me back and lowered the price with 10%. He still was $3000 more than the competition using the same paint. We ended up with a different painter

They lived up on all the terms according to the contract. They finished the work on time. I had a very less time and they were able to meet the time line and I was very pleased with that. I may use them again in the future if needed.

I had my interior painted by Pearl Painting and was so impressed that I had them do my exterior as well. They patched and repaired some areas in the house that were damaged from a leak, they look so great you would never know I had damage. Jonathan went over the pricing and color schemes with me so there were no surprises. When I had trouble deciding which colors to choose he put samples up for me, it was so much easier than just picking from a swatch. He removed the wallpaper in my master bedroom and texturized the walls to match the rest of the house. Overall Jonathan and his crew did an awesome job. The exterior work they did was so good that my neighbor decided to have Pearl Painting do theirs as well. They were very professional, and even finished a day ahead of schedule. They pressure washed the entire exterior prior to painting, they made sure that none of my landscaping was affected by the paint, and all my windows and walkways were covered. They did a great clean-up job as well. I would definately use them again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a good painter.

Jonathan's bid was most reasonable. Additionally, last minute we asked him to remove texturing in one room and spray a texture to match the rest of the home. Jonathan and his team did a great job. I had a high level of expectation for my painter and Jonathan exceeded that! His paint lines are so clean and crisp, you have to see it to believe it. My house guests still complement the work done. After moving in, we experienced some water damage and called Jonathan out to help. He repaired the drywall, textured and painted all back to it's original state! Next spring will be be calling Pearl Painting again to paint the exterior! Pearl Painting was neat, did not make or leave messes. Their work was done right on time - and I gave them a tight window.
