It went alright. There was one painter who was great and the other painter was a little slow and kept on taking breaks. I would not use them again in the future

Was difficult to schedule. Quality of work appears good. They were great with cleanup and completed job in a timely manner.

The overall performance on the repair day was good, the repairman was nice and he even picked up after himself when he was done. The next morning when I looked at the work that was performed the patches look horrible. Maybe I have the wrong impression, but I thought that it would look normal again - smooth and flat. Instead it was rough, uneven and I would not recommend this company for your home.

It went well.They wee punctual, professional, and tidy. The repair matches the surrounding texture.

I am sure from the reviews that Jonathan's work is great, our problem was in being cancelled the day of, after making arrangements to be home, we have a very busy schedule. Jonathan left a voice mail two hours before the appointment time sayng he was hung up on another job and that he could come out the next day or the day after that and that he would call us that evening. We tried to get in touch with him that day, twice, leaving both of our cell phone numbers because we had a limited window during the next two days with company coming that weekend. He didn't return our call and only emailed us on Angie's later in the day two days later saying he wanted my husband's phone number, which my husband had left three times on his voice mail and he had always had my phone number. Like I said, things happen and we weren't too upset over the cancellation on the day of the work but it was very unprofessional to say he would call that evening to reschedule and then just ignore our calls, messages and emails until it was convenient for him. Needless to say we were very embarrassed to have company over with a disabled bathroom.

We had a scheduling problems with him and poor communication. He will not return our phone calls. We have decided to go with someone else.

I contacted the company when I was moving into a new home and needed painting. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me in the time frame I needed so I had to go elsewhere.

The painter did a very good job and the room looks great.

Johnathon did a great job, was very friendly and helpful.

Called several times, and left messages. He finally called back stating he was ill. He then stated that need to email him and set up through his wife. Did email him and have not heard anything from him.

They were professional and did a great job at fixing the hole and blending the texture to the rest of the wall. I will use them again in the future. They also cleaned up after the work very thoroughly.

They are really bad at communicating. I called yesterday and today and a voicemail picks up that says nobody can answer the call until later.

I read other reviews in the meantime on these guys and the reviews are not good - specifically about the owner Jonathan and how he does not seem to want to work with the customer and how they don't take much care with their work. This has all scared me off. I'd rather find someone who likes what they do and cares about the image they portray.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Transferred Deal as part of sale of home. Can confirm that new owner used the service as I was contacted for access to SD on appt date.

They came out right away. They were fine as far as I can recall! There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

Great experience. They showed up on time, quickly got to work and patched the dry wall spots that needed work. They were careful to keep the areas clean and did a good job cleaning up after themselves after they were done.

It was a bad experience. i had some leaks from rain on the ceiling and wanted to have those patched. They did not spend the time promised, only about half the time. I showed him the areas to be patched but he did not do all of them. He tried to talk me into having the ceiling painted for $500.00. That is all he cared about. I will hire someone else to paint the ceiling.

I have tried calling and setting up with this provider. However he did not answer phone calls and instead responded through Angie’s List message center. When we did get scheduled he did not show up.

Great service. I was able to paint all the walls myself but had difficulty getting the ceiling to look good. They came in and did a great job in the whole area I had problems with. Would definiatley use them again.

Initial contact was fine and we agreed on date and time. The night before as I emailed confirmation and verification of time; was offered a new date to which I replied no! The morning of proposed service; no show, no answer on the cell phone; and no response to text and or voice mail. I was stood up by the provider today; and have offered an alternative - with still no response. I am still in need of the painting! He sounded professional at the beginning; now I am not sure. Fountain Hills to 32/Cactus is not that much 'out of the way'!! I would love to have given a review of all Excellent; and I'm sure it would be - if he would have only arrived - or contacted me.

The service went well. The staff showed up right when they were supposed to. They did the work at a tenant’s location. It did take a bit to get them scheduled out because they got pretty booked up after offering the deal. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 45 minutes. The technicians matched everything perfectly and were efficient workers. I was happy all the way around with the job.

We had purchased a deal for 3 hours of drywall repair and were actually slow to contact the provider because we had some other projects in the work, like moving some lights that would require their services. Despite the delay on our end, Pearl Painting was almost instantaneous in responding to our request to schedule. They were accommodating about scheduling a time that worked for us. We did end up rescheduling once Jonathan came out but that was because of the extent of the work we wanted done once he arrived. Our house has had some very bad patching and texturing by previous owners on top of our own remodling. Jonathan was able to identify some areas he said he could easily fix that we didnt think were possible, and others he was honest enough to say that cannot be done with just a squirt of can texture. So we scheduled a new time he could use the hopper to properly texture the walls with the quality we wanted. When Jonathan came back, the job went flawlessly and they did a good cleanup job. We chose to do the sanding and re-painting ourselves to maximize his time on the actual repair and texture we do not have tools and expertise for, but Jonathan was very nice to explain the best process for us to complete the final prep of the new texture so it would match the rest of our walls. Jonathan had told us up front, what we wanted done would take an additional hour of labor and that is exactly how it turned out, so there were no surprises on the bill. We were so happy with the service my wife contracted him to paint a spare bedroom we have not gotten around to yet before they left.

I offered 4 available dates for this service and they chose the 28th. I asked for help in choosing paint but the reply was just to ask at the paint store. Both Sherwin Williams and Lowes representatives were surprised at that. I asked twice what time they were coming. The night before they responded by email with "should be midmorning. I can call when I'm on my way" I had left my phone number on 2 separate emails. Morning passed and at 1245 I sent an email. At 1:15 I called Jonathon's cell phone. He said that the 1st job had gone longer than expected and that he would be there at 1:43. When they arrived He didn't seem happy that there was original paint on the walls as I heard him remark about that 3 times.. At 4 pm they packed up and loaded their truck. The color looked great. After they left (my mistake) I looked closer at the room. There were paint splashes on the outer part of the window, on the door frames, and every outlet. Very sloppy work. There are two spots of the bright pink paint on the carpet. The worst part, though, was that they left a 1/4 inch space unpainted at the top of the walls and I do not have popcorn ceilings.. I have never seen that before. Now I have to do the edging? This was not a timed service but they seemed rushed to get out...maybe because they were so late getting started. I realize that this was a coupon promotion but I thought I would still get a finished professional result. When they left my garage smelled like cigarette smoke from the tape they used and left in my garbage. I was surprised the room didn't smell like that but fortunately that wasn't a problem as the paint smell covered it up.
