They did an excellent job. Very clean and professional.

It could have been better. There was a lack of communication. The painting job was fine. They were slow and showed up without equipment. They didn't want to do consultation because we got one of their deals. They were just incredibly slow.We got it done. We were not able to finish what we thought we were going to finish. The painting job looks nice. It was quite painful. He was packed up and out of here 15 minutes before the 8 hours was up. I would not use them again. If you take an hour lunch I feel like you should stay another hour. I have just never had an experience like that.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was disappointed with them. It was difficult for me to get them to come out. I kept leaving messages and no one called me back. It was probably six weeks before I actually saw anybody from the company. Once they came they did a fine job but it was very difficult to get a response. They did come out when they said they were going to.

It was a disaster. The painters only had to paint the doors and the walls in the rooms. They didn't have to prep because the baseboards and the carpet were being replaced. They only completed 10 doors and jambs and the workmanship was very poor. The old paint can still be seen through the new paint even though the paint was the same color. White on white. They didn't take the doors off the hinges as was claimed by the company. They painted on the hinges and got paint on the hinges. They also got paint splatter on the tile which had to be cleaned by me. The job was never finished. Not one wall in the 4 bedrooms was painted.

Painting was scheduled for 4-12-13 but painter was sick so was re-scheduled for 4-15-13. Arrived a few minutes before scheduled time, which was ok. Immediately went to work taping and repairing holes in walls. Repainted ceiling with ceiling paint, rather than wall paint that I had purchased. I felt I should have been informed of this prior to the painting but it was not a big deal with me. I was leaving it up to Jonathans' best judgment. Professionally painted. Thank you

Once I had called Pearl Painting the owner set up a time/date to come and see the area and give me a quote. He was actually early for the appointment which I appreciated. We decided on a few rooms and ceilings, a date and price. Due to the fact I was having flooring done at the same time and the flooring woudn't be finished before he was to start, he came on one day and painted a master bedroom and then came back a week later to paint the rest of the areas we had discussed. Once I saw what an AMAZING job his crew did I asked him to do more and he obliged. The rooms look fantastic! They were done expediently and professionally done. I appreciated when he said he would have a crew on site, that the crew actually consisted of 4 guys plus himself. They were punctual and they left my home clean and orderly after they were finished. I absolutely LOVE the completed project. I would definitely recommend this Painting company.

Great work! I was provided the contractor's number for a discount on the paint. Ryan arrived on time, we toured the areas to be painted, and I provided paint and tape. He began right away and the dog and I headed to the office. At the end of the day he called to let me know he was finishing up for the day. He was able to paint the ceilings in the breakfast room, kitchen, and laundry and walls in all but the laundry. When I arrived home everything was clean and there was the scent of fresh paint. I should have asked that he open windows to let it dissipate. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work and would call them again.

The experience was good in end but they did not show up when they were suppose to. I had to accommodate him the next day which messed up my schedule. The work was done well, he was cordial, and he cleaned up after himself. I was pleased with the work they did. They were pretty quick.

Jonathan is a very tall man and is very professional, he even smiled and laughed a little while here. He was very prompt when he gave me my estimate and the day the work was done. He has a nice crew helping him and he does manage their work. This was nice to know that he was checking their work and supervising when needed. However the painters were all good, they just had questions about how I wanted the job done. They moved all 3 of my 5 gallon buckets of paint, painted, cleaned up and were very efficient, worked hard. They did not take a lunch break. What more could I ask for? Well, I wish every contractor worked this way. This was the best decision I have made this year! I tried to get all obstructions out of the house, but it was filled with furniture and they moved it and covered it for protection. They took all my wall plates off and put on 2 coats of paint. They painted around the fans and smoke detectors, and they were good with their detail work. Jonathan even caulked around my kitchen countertops. Pearl Painting had 4 men working 8 AM - appx. 3:00 PM, they were scheduled to work till 4:00 PM, but they worked hard and finished the work early and remember they did not take a lunch. I am very pleased and they did a good job. What a pleasurable experience to have all this work done for me.

I purchased the service and called to make an appointment. I was told I could email my desired date. I emailed them and got an immediate response. The day of the appointment came and I must admit I was a little concern as I didn't get a confirmation of the appointment the day before. Much to my relief Ronnie arrived on time. He was very nice and professional. He was by far the neatest painter I have ever met. He exceed my expectations. Well done!

Pearl Painting's bid was very competitive, they gave me a schedule and exceeded it, the work was done in a highly proffessioal manner, they did not water down the product, and the end result is a very high quality job!!!

The only thing I would do is to ask them if the 8 hours we pay for include their travel time, lunch and clean up time. Based on my experience, they painted for 7 hours and took one hour lunch break. But I'm happy anyway, as they work very fast and the paint job is perfect.

I was disappointed that 16 hours of work did not cover at least some of the exterior stucco painting. But I was really impressed with the professionalism and skill of the two men who came. They were very thorough in what they did, detail oriented, and did a beautiful job. If I could afford their services, I would certainly call on them again.

They missed the first appointment I attempted to schedule, and the person I initially dealt with was pretty brusque and a little rude. They were vague on the time they said they would be here, but did finish on time. The painters were not terribly polite, however the owner did stop by to inspect the work, and he was very polite with a pleasant demeanor. The lingering question is: what happened to the supplies I bought? They apparently took the rest of the paint and tape with them when they left. I supplied these items, I would think I should get to keep what is left when the job is done. Overall, I was disappointed with the entire experience.

Very good. Bought paint and had it ready. They came with supplies and got all the walls done, no issues and kept a tight schedule. Highly recommend them. We are very happy!

I felt that their price was reasonable. It went good and I had no problem. I used them for both of my homes. They did good work. They were perfect and I have no complaints. If I did, I would have posted a complaint on Angie’s List. There was an area behind the toilet that could have been painted better.

Overall the experience with them was very good. They got here on time and they did a good job, and so it was fine. Their price was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent as well. They were very professional 2.31 to 2.32. I’ve already referred them to the others.

First off I should have know from the begining when it was so difficult to get in contact or any response from the company that I was going to have problems. I bought their 2 men for 8 hours of painting deal they offered on Angies list. I emailed the company first and gave them a detailed description of what I needed done and asked if 2 days would be plenty of time. When I recieved an email back I was told that 2 days would be "No Problem" to complete the work. I then purchased 2 of the deals. In January they were supposed to get on contact with me to set up a time and I never heard from them. In February I tried contacting the company to set up a date and time for the painting. The number listed was incorrect and I was not able to get any response from emails that I sent. I called Angies list to inform them that I was not able to get in contact with them. Once I contacted Angies list I was able to get an updated phone number for the company. When I called and left a message to set up a time. It took 5 days for me to recieve a phone call back and the message that was left for me said " I needed to go thru their website and email the owners wife to set a time" I then emailed the wife again and stated what I had purchased and what work I needed done. She got back to me and said that was plenty of time and we scheduled a time for them to come out on March 13th and 14th. I emailed the wife again to make sure the apt was set and what time the painters would be here. I recieved an email back the morning of the job and was told they would be here at 8am. The 2 painters showed up at 8:15am and asked what needed to be done. We told them what needed to be done and they said " there is no way that will be done in 2 days" they also asked for all of the painting materials. We told them we had the paint and they informed up that we needed to provide all the tape and drop cloths and spackle if needed. I showed them the information on the Big Deal and they informed me they were not aware of but would provide the materials. By the time the discussion was over 45 minutes had lapsed, making the starting time 9:00am. They began paint doors and jams. I suggested that one person paint the doors and jams and the other start on the walls, but received no response. About 2 hours into the job my son-in-law noticed the paint was the wrong paint. Because of my error in giving them the wrong paint they had to re-paint the 2 bedroom doors, 2 closet doors and 3 jams. The re-painting took them the remainder of the day. Now the first coat of paint was only 2 shades off the Egg Shell White that should have been used. I do have to mention in the the 71/2 hours they were here - they took a 30 min lunch and several 15 min smoke breaks. (They were asked not to smoke as my daughter was pregnant and the smell made her sick and they were going to be painting a babys room. The painting of the baby's room never happened). They began cleaning up and 3:15 and were gone by 3:45. I mentioned to them that I had paid for 8 hours and I wasn't getting 8 hours of work from either of them. I was told their lunch, breaks and clean up were included in the 8 hours. At the end of the first day I called the owner Jonathan and left him a message with my concerns, I still have not received a call back. On Thursday they did show up at 8:00 and got to work. They did take their breaks and lunch. Started cleaning up at 3:15 and were gone by 3:40. They didn't even finish the doors and jams, Not one room was painted and not all the doors and jams were done. Upon further inspection of the door jams that were completed, there are more than a few that need touch ups. The owner was also called at the end of the second day and a call back still has not been received. In 16 hours times 2 people so basically 32 hours they only painted 10 doors and frames

Painter showed up on time, did a great job. Rooms look great. Would use again.

My experience with this vendor was very positive. The painter that was sent over asked what needed to get done, he made a couple of good recommendations and he got to work. The quality and speed was exceptional. Would highly recommend this contractor to anyone needing paint work.Painter painted fo

The paint job was delayed one day because of rain. The painting crew was scheduled to arrive around 8am. They arrived on time. I reviewed with them the expected paint job/outcome for the day. I provided five gallons of paint as required by voucher (Pearl Painting indicated that I would need approximately three gallons). Pros: The painters were prompt. They worked consistently throughout the day. They were very clean around the property and did a very good clean-up after the job. The quality and appearance of the job was very good. I am satisfied with the results. I would use this company again, if needed. Cons: The painter asked me to go to Home Depot and buy some supplies for them. I bought two pencil roller pads and two tubes of caulk. I also provided them with a 6-foot ladder. It appears that they only brought a step-stool height ladder for the job. One painter arrived in an SUV and the other in a sedan. Their trade tools were in their car trunk(s). The painters were on site for approximately eight (8) hours.
