LAN-CON INC

The trench for the electrical and water connections was excavated by me but Lan Con responded to my call for help to remove a large boulder I could not lift out of the trench. The electrical work was then done prior to Lan Con starting work. Lan Con then prepared the yard for paving which was cleanly done. The paving was next and was mostly done when the day ended. I was surprised when most of the paving was removed the next day and the ground regraded and the paving replaced. It was not quite level where the fountain would be which I probably would not have noticed. I was very pleased by their professional work and the end result with the beautiful paving, plants and gravel. We now have a lovely place to sit out with a fountain on the north facing front side of the house.

He did a get job matching the existing flagstone and making the back yard flow smoothly.

He is very nice and knowledgable. He gave us a good estimate within a reasonable amount of time. I have found that other companies might take up to a week to respond with an estimate. I was give 6 estimates and over all I thought that Lan-Con was going to give us the best quality and integrity of the project over all.
