 + -1 moreI WAS CHARGED DOUBLE IN LABOR WITHOUT BEING INFORMED. I WAS GIVEN THE IMPRESSION THAT I WAS PAYING $45 PER HOUR ONLY. DID NOT CORRECT PROBLEM ONLY PUT IT OFF.
Description of Work: SPENT 2 DAYS DIGGING TRENCHES TO REROUTE OLD VALVE SYSTEM TO A NEW CLOCK/TIMER. WHEN BILL WAS PRESENTED I WAS INFORMED THAT LABOR COSTS WERE $45 AN HOUR PER PERSON. TWO WEEKS LATER, RATS OR RABBITS CHEWED THROUGH LINES CONNECTING TO TIMER. DRIP SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

 + -1 moreHE HAD TO RETURN TO THE JOB 3 TIMES TO COMPLETE IT BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT TO BE MORE DIFFICULT THAN EXPECTED. HE WAS PUNCTUAL IN RETURNING EACH TIME, DID IT ON CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS AND CONTINUED UNTIL IT WAS DONE RIGHT. DID NOT INCREASE HIS PRICE BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL WORK REQUIRED.
Description of Work: INSTALLED ELECTRIC GARAGE DOOR OPENER. HAD TO TAKE DOWN EXISTING UNIT AND INSTALL AN EXTRA BRACKET ON THE CEILING BECAUSE THE NEW ONE WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE FROM THE EXISTING.
