 + -1 moreDenzil is an absolute professional. He lived up to his word in every aspect and answered all my questions. Best of all, he solved a solution that had plagued me and my family for years...forcing some family members to live in other locations due to health concerns. But now the powder is gone and things have been so much better. Thanks Denzil for everything!
Description of Work: I had an ongoing problem with a white powdery substance blanketing my house. I consulted over a dozen HVAC professionals over a 2.5 year period and no one could provide a conclusive answer or a solution. After searching the internet for answers for what seemed the millionth time, I came across a reference to certified HVAC energy professionals and there was only one in the entire Phoenix area -- Denzil Dogka @ Energy Performance Services. He performed numerous tests on my house, diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution.

 + -1 moreThis is the 3rd time we've used Energy Performance Service. This spring the condenser for our AC went out. Denzil pursued the manufacturer to honor the warranty, and charged us only for installation only. The previous home owners had installed the system, so we were unaware we had a warranty. Last spring, they installed, tested, balanced air flow for a new Heat Pump and Air Handler for the other zone in our house - and explained everything in detail. They did all the paperwork for our APS rebate. Outstanding customer service.
Description of Work: May 2010 replaced AC condenser for zone 2 April 2009 replaced heat pump and air handler for zone 1 May 2009 replaced air handler for zone2
