Cummings Termite & Pest Control

I found an infestation of termites in a bedroom. Several companies gave quotes, but this company gave the best price. The technician was great. He arrived as scheduled and completed the service. I later thought the termites came back and he returned and applied additional treatment - although - I really think he solved the problem the first time.

Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be calling Cummings again if I need an exterminator.

We hired Cummings Pest Control to do our monthly pest control service back in April. We have not had a problem with any pest since then. I love how they have the same guy show up to perform our service. This gives me piece of mind knowing who is on my property and I get to know them as well! Mike is the guy who services our home and I have never met anyone so knowledgeable about pests and wildlife. He's so personable and nice. Mike arrives on time, sprays our yard thoroughly and lets us know if there is anything out of the ordinary. He always checks on us before he leaves to find out if we need him to do anything else. I can't say enough good about this company and its staff. I also love how they give you a specific schedule time. Not a four hour window like all the other companies, no they give you a specific time and they arrive when they say they will. Great company!

We noticed termite tubes in our garage floor. We had cummings come out and look and they looked inside and outside the house to see if any additional activity was there. We had an estimate, everything was explained and a couple of weeks later, the work was done. Again, they were professional and explained exactly what was going to happen. The office called us as they were going to be 10 minutes late. All in all, they did a great job and you can barely tell they were here to do work.

Steven is always prompt & courteous. He brings treats for our dogs! He always keeps us informed of any changes or needs.

The guy on the phone whom I talked too was very considerate, very responsive. The gentleman who came did everything in the same way. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were recommended to us by some good friends.

Everything went well, as per my ratings. There was only one aspect we weren't entirely pleased with (hence my B rating on quality) and that was the patching of the holes made in the concrete for the exterior treatment. They could have made a better (in our case smoother) match with the surrounding concrete, in particular, on the patio where the patched holes are readily visible. That being said, the patching of the plaster board (the interior bedroom where the tunnels were found) was fine. I should note, they did give us the option of not drilling holes in the patio area, but after talking with a realtor friend about that, her opinion was that is was better to have the holes, than skipping that area, as it shows a more aggressive treatment to any future buyer

They got rid of termites for me and they were wonderful! They did a thorough termite inspection, they were very polite and courteous and I never had a problem with them. They drilled holes inside my garage and outside the exterior perimeter and they did a professional job. I got them from a referral from a friend and checkd them on Angie's List and they checked out!

They came in less than 45 minutes after being called. They immediately accessed the problem and began spraying the area. They sealed the area the bees were using to enter the house. I have had no more problems since.

They are punctual, courteous, and thorough in their approach. If we do have a pest get in the house, they are very responsive and prompt in scheduling the re-spray for both the exterior and interior. They are quite knowledgable in what they are doing.

We have been using them from the last 15 years for two different houses. They have always taken care of any problems that we have had. They are always courteous and in fact we got to know the guy who sprayed our house is pretty well. They provide good service overall. They are dependable and reasonably priced.

The entire staff is very nice and easy to work with. Mike is a very nice guy and knows an immense amount about critters! Strongly recoemmend!

Service was great except for the clean up. I don't like having to clean up after anyone's service, I think that is an important part of the service.

I called Cummings' office after discovering termites in a workroom. An appointment was made for Shep to come out the next afternoon, check the damage, and give an estimate for the work. He arrived right on time, explained thoroughly the work needed to be done. We called the office to schedule the work to be done the same day and was scheduled two weeks out. The day of the work, the technician called and said that they were running late and would be there in half an hour, and they were. They did a careful job, trenching around the house and applying the chemicals and drilling where needed. They were polite and responsive. We were extremely pleased with their work.

I thought that they were very prompt. They communicated well and the value for the price was excellent. I had spoken with a couple companies and Cummings was very competitively priced, I actually had bids that were double what I paid. So far the problem has been solved after one week since treatment, but I am confident with the work.

I found everything was done as expected. The division manager was knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. The techs were nice guys, they were very respectable of my exterior and interior of my home.

It was a great experience. There was a little problem. One of the workers drilled a hole in my sprinkler line. The owner took care of the problem quickly and they did a great job. I already have recommended them and I will use them again.

They're reasonably priced and they're very prompt. I have not had any problems with any kind of pests, thanks to them. They're very responsive and they come out exactly when they need to come out. Just a great company overall.

They are great. I have used them several times and I have been very pleased every single time. They solved a pigeon problem I had and when they came out to check on it they noticed I had termites. They were out right away to take care of them and guaranteed the work. They also took care of some ants free of charge while here. The technicians they send out are always pleasant and they charge an extremely fair charge. They truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I will continue to have them out every year.

The overall experience was great! However, they should also list themselves as "bird control experts" rather than just "pest control". I discovered them in the yellow pages. A company that advertised itself as "pigeon control" had come out and wanted to build a wire cage (for $350.00) which would not only have been very ugly but the pigeons would have simply nested on top of it. Cummings was just a lucky find for me and more people should know about them--they care about their customers and will solve their problems.
