We are very pleased with Cummings and their service rep, Tony. Tony has been our service rep every year. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He is always on time, respectful of our time and informative. He inspected our home- inside and out and distributed granules around the perimeter of our home. He thanked us for our service and let us know if we have any future questions to call and Cummings will return as need be. Great service!

Our Service Technician, John, is very professional, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. If we ever have any questions they are always answered, suggestions are given and/or pest problems remedied. We are extremely happy with this company and our Service Technician and would highly recommend.

the service provider was punctial and curtious and we are very happy with the service. I was impressed because he is wearing footsies inside my home, which I believe should always be done when dealing with spraying or just in general to not track in dirt. It was just done today, so we need to wait for results of course. Also I have not received an invoice, but I am aware of the costs of the service which is comparable to other pest control services.

Just great, Punctual service every time.

They were very good. The serviceman was great. The company itself needed a little help with scheduling but it was no big deal. Pricing was okay. I would probably not use them because the serviceman that did my work is no longer there.

The work was done on time and well. We had another contractor working at the same time, and they worked together well to make sure each was not in the other's way. The initial visit/quote was very professional, with very clear sharing of information about treatment options, rates, warrantees, specific chemicals used and their efficacy and environmental impact, and a very accurate quote. Termites are a fact of life in the valley, and despite using another company for the past three years, I have seen new tunnels appear each year. I contacted Cummings because I wanted to see the problem go away for good, and I have the confidence now that I will not see new tunnels.

Since we have had them, there hasn’t been a single scorpion in our house. It is a bi-monthly service and it $70 each time they come. They are very courteous. The lady at the office is called Joan and I like her. Sometimes, when I am in France and I don't have an electronic way of paying the bills, and if I am late paying them, they are very polite about that. They just let me know very nicely, I send them checks and there is no problem with that. They always do a good job and they always come on time. We had scorpions everywhere but they got it under control, so they are really good.

They did an excellent job. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

Josh Burton came and examined the termite tunnels that appeared on the inner walls of my home. He explained the type of termites they were and the proper treatment required. He examined the entire home, and pointed out termite activity that I would have never noticed.He also showed me termite activity outside that would not be noticed by the untrained eye. We made an appointment for later that week. The technicians arrived on time and spent about 4 hours to complete the job. So far so good. Results with termite treatment is not quick, only time will tell if they are gone.

This is a very good company and we have no complaints at all. They re-used the same termite mitigation drill holes as were used several years ago by a different company. And those holes are less viseable now that Cummings has repatched them. They gave us an additionl year warranty onto the customary one year, at no charge. In three years we will use their extended service agreemant on a yearly basis. That will cost $149.00 per year and we feel that it is worth it. We highly recommend them to others. I wrote the owner a "thank you for the good job" letter.

They sealed the base of the home to keep bugs out, it has worked really well.
