BUDGET BLINDS

Not great. On the positive side, my consultant, Gloria, was terrific. She was easy to work with, professional, and responsive throughout. The installers, Alex in particular, were also terrific. On the negative side, I had a very bad experience with the product and with delivery. First, it took over a month to receive my order, and when it came in, it was incomplete. In the end, it took another month and four installation visits before my order was in place. Afterwards, I continued to have problems. Eventually nearly my entire order was replaced, but I am still having problems with one very large (picture window) mechanized, pleated blind. About 1-2 months after the initial install, the blind stopped going all the way up and would only get there by stutter steps. Alex came out and tried a few things but ended up giving up and ordering a replacement. He indicated that part of the problem was that our intense Arizona sun wreaks havoc on the batteries that operate the mechanized blind. However, I have mechanized blinds in my kitchen that I got from another provider and have had them in place for nearly 10 years without a single failure. In the end, the blind was replaced but after another 1-2 months, I am having the exact same problem with the blind only going up only in stutter steps. (Interestingly, it goes down seamlessly. Would that be the case if the batteries were at fault?) I haven't bothered to call and complain this time because I don't have faith that it will ever be corrected.

Went very well. Shutters look gorgeous.

They really did a great job and I am very happy with it. They were really good. Everything was great. The fellow that came out in the beginning gave me great ideas and the installer was fantastic. It was very well done. They were very nice and everything that was done looks great. I would recommend them. The price was acceptable. I tried 3 different quotes and he was right there, even with a big box store. I didn't find anything that I was impressed with for less. They were very neat. He set up the appointment within a day or two of my call.
