Tile was steam cleaned along with grout. Did not do one bedroom; house was empty. Left pools of dirty water laying on the floor; did not clean up where machine leaked. Cost was high for what was done. I was not present.

AFTER NOT PAYING US AND NOT RETURNING OUR NUMEROUS MESSAGES FOR ABOUT 45 DAYS, WE STOPPED BY HER HOUSE AND SHE PAID US. AT THAT TIME, SHE POINTED OUT A SPOT ON THE BASEBOARD WHICH WE DID NOT MAKE. WE DID NOT CHARGE HER FOR THE ROOM WE DID NOT CLEAN. SHE AUTHORIZED US TO PROCEED EVEN THOUGH SHE DID NOT KNOW THE PRICE SINCE SHE WANTED THE WORK DONE RIGHT AWAY. WE CHARGED HER OUR STANDARD TILE CLEANING PRICE OF 45 CENTS PER SQUARE FOOT. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT A YEAR AGO, MAYBE MORE. ON OUR INVOICE LEFT WITH EVERY CUSTOMER, OUR WRITTEN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY READS: "CALL US WITHIN 4 DAYS OF YOUR CLEANING TIME, WE WILL RETURN TO YOUR HOME TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR CONCERNS TO YOUR SATISFACTION, WE WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND ON THE APPLICABLE PORTION OF THE CLEANING." THE MEMBER DID NOT STATE THE FACTS CORRECTLY. IS IT ANGIE'S LIST'S GOAL TO PRINT UNTRUE ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE, THUS SLANDERING HARDWORKING COMPANIES?
