The service tech Mark arrived as promised and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and installed a new thermostat for me. He also explained the different a/c options such as heat pump. He was professional and very competent. I will certainly use this company again.

Called because our heat pump was not putting out heat but worked well in A/C mode. They were suppose to be here between 12-2, they showed up at 2 pm. They went up on the roof and inspected unit. Then took apart the fuse box. messed with the thermostat, than went back up on the roof. Than said he could not work on unit because it is such a fire hazard, it would cost $500 to repair the unit just to get to the point where he could test it. Then wrote up all the problems, but his recommendation was to get a new unit as this one had burned up at some point. He said he would credit me sell me a new one for a total cost of $5250.00 I called Air Control, another A/C provider in the area. Had a 10-12am appointment, arrived at 11 am. within 10 minutes of arrival he had put together all the parts the other A/C place had taken apart and diagnosed the problems as the thermostat was wired incorrectly, 5 minutes later the Heat pump was putting out heat. The technician repaired some of the other minor issues with the A/C unit. Cost $220. best money I ever spent

My air went out on the night of june 7. I called Horizon that night and left a message to call me in morning. At 7 in the morning I received phone call. I told them what happened. She said they had other appointments that morning but would get someone out at 8. At 8 oclock Josh showed up. He was very curtious and explained everything he did and what had to be replaced. All in all I was very pleased with the service and work that was done. Josh did a great job.
