 + -1 moreWhat a great team Bill and his son are. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Very knowledgable and willing to fix all my little problems on the first service call. Highly recommend them and will call them again when I need service.
Description of Work: Got our water softner working again, changed all the filters on the water filtration system, changed the filter on the reverse osmos system, added salt to the water softner, repaired a leak under the kitchen sink and explained to me just how the systems work.

 + -1 moreBill and his son were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Determined quickly what our problem was and explained in detail what he would do to fix it. While they were here they also checked our reverse osmosis water system and offered to change the filters (which would be included in the $75 labor charge for the water softener repair). They worked quickly and were very neat. In fact, they cleaned up our garage floor where the softener had overflowed and left salt residue. Bill proceded to run the softener through a cycle which was not complete when he was ready to leave. He went to another job but did return to confirm everything was running smoothly. The next day I thought I had a problem with the reverse osmosis system and they stopped by that afternoon to check it but it was user error. The system was running fine. I would definately call again should we have an issue and would gladly recommend their services.
Description of Work: I called 3 water softener repairmen and he was the only one that would work on ours (Water Boss Water System). Bill Terrones responded to my message in a very timely manner and we made an appointment. He was held up at a prior job but did call to let us know he was delayed.
