Description of Work: Kat's Pest Control provided regular bimonthly services for us for at least 10 years, up through 2014, when she notified us that she would no longer provide services in our area. We had a contract for outside spraying only, but she did treat the indoors once or twice upon our request. It is not her policy to spray under houses. Her work was regular and always satisfactory. There were many months when we were not present on the property, but she continued her services as requested. We definitely got our money's worth.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the service. I rarely see any insects. There was a cricket problem when I originally bought the home. The crickets are gone. Prior to their service I would find a dead scorpion every few months in the home. This stopped when the cricket population was eliminated. I don't get any crickets any more, and hence, no more scorpions. I do my own internal spraying inside the home on an as needed basis. This is not very often, as I'm not getting any bugs inside anymore. I would highly recommend KAT's service to anyone.
Description of Work: I have been using Kat's Pest Patrol for about 18 months. Kat was referred to me by a neighbor. My first service was to have exterior pest spraying and weed pre-emergent. Starting in Aug 2012, I contracted for them to do a bi-monthly service. Every 2 months, they do exterior pest spraying / service. Twice a year they do a pre-emergent service to keep weeds from growing in my desert landscape. They are punctual and always tell me the next date that they will arrive.
