+ -1 moreble in Overall it went very well. We were only charged for a house visit. So again we obtained good advise a lot of pertinent and useful information and saved money. Do call him for appliance repair and have a list of questions, he will gladly answer. He has been doing this business for a very long time and is very knowlegable. In our opinion he seems as honest as they make and that is very important to us as consumers.
Description of Work: The owner of the company services the calls to our house. We called approximately one year ago for service for our failing refrigerator.He gave us insightful information and saved us money. So recently when our kitchen range gave us issues we phoned Valley appliance repair again. This visit was about the same as the last visit, our kitchen range was leaking gas from within the range. He did a thorough inspection and told me all of the issues with the range and told me what was needed to repair the current problem. He also told me about repairs that would be needed soon with the same range. He told me what it would cost for each repair. He advised me that if it was his range he would purchase a new range instead of spending such an amount on an old appliance. He said that if I wanted he would fix the range. Again he was honest and saved me a lot of money on useless repairs. We will call him again if needed and we do recommend him to others SDT

+ -1 moreHave used him for dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. Fixed all three at a reasonable cost. Very clear as to timing and cost.
Description of Work: Have used Rob at Valley Appliance multiple times. He is very honest and reliable. His rates are lower than other repair services I have tried. He has never let me down.

+ -1 moreFridge quit working during the night, called early (7:30 am) to request service. They showed up @ 9am just when they said they would. Quickly diagnosed problem (compressor failing to start) then changed relay to keep it working till it could be replaced.They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. Would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
Description of Work: diagnosed problem with refrigerator, replaced relay and advised compressor was failing
