They installed a hot water heater and circulator about 2 years ago. There was a major leak with the circulator about 6 months ago. When we called to get the warranty work done, they never returned our call. We called another plumbing company who repaired it the same day. There was a leak in the copper pipe today. We called them again, and they don't return calls. We don't recommend them.

Tracy initially told me how to fix a leak on my water pump. I attempted to do so only to break the pipe going from the water pump to the house. No Water. I called Tracy and he said that he would come out the following morning to fix my pipe. He did what he said he would do. I now have water again. Repaired promptly and satisfactorly.

This is the first time I have used this plumber - my plumber of many years went out of business. They returned my call the day I called them. When I called them back, they set up an appointment to look at the toilet - at my convenience. He came and checked it out, said he'd try the auger but he didn't have it in the truck. Made arrangements to come by at 8:30 the next morning. He was there exactly at 8:30, augered, and was out the door by 8:40.

Called Tracy and he was at the house in less than 2 hours. Reattached the toilet without problems.

Did the work same day. Communicated frequently by phone. Fixed everything the first time and found some other issues that were fixed preventing damage or a call back. GREAT SERVICE!

Owner arrived on time for a free bid which was the day after he was contacted. Written bid remained as he discussed at the site inspection. Answered questions and explained well and offered recommendations. Bid accepted in late afternoon, workers arrived next morning and completed job quickly and efficiently; did as I wished, which was a bit non-traditional.
