Initially ordered 50% down 50% upon completion, new kitchen window low e glass late November 24 2015, expect about 3 weeks we were told. 3 weeks goes by, no call. Call them and find window arrived but they'd broken it. Reordering, ok we said. Another 3 weeks goes by and now scheduled for install on first week of January 2016. I was about 15 minutes late arriving for install, obviously not happy installers by there attitudes. Oh well my fault for being late. Noticed a couple weeks later on sunny day a lot of heat coming thru. Did unscientific test by taping a thermometer to new window and the low e about 5' to the left. 15-20° difference. Called appx 1-14-16 and was told by a woman I'd get a call back. 1-27-16 no call, I called back and was told by same woman that I got what I ordered and equipment to test professionally was $6000.00??? Not even willing to drive out and see for themselves. I from my experience absolutely recommend against this company. Thank goodness I paid with VISA.

We were dissatisfied with the shower installation from day one. After the initial use of the shower we noticed that the main glass wall was very flexible. It was moving under the minimal pressure required to wipe down the glass after showering. We informed our general contractor who began trying to schedule them to come out to address the issue. Meanwhile, after the 2nd or 3rd use of the shower a smaller fixed piece of glass abutting the enclosure door came unhinged from its corner attachment. It had been glued or siliconed at a corner region. At that point it was becoming very clear workmanship issues with the installation existed. Around mid-November we intervened and contacted the Rock directly to schedule a repair. We were told they were busy installing windows and such and to call back at a later time when things slowed down. I strongly recommended that before they take on new work they may want to complete the work they have already been paid for to their customer's satisfaction. The scheduler saw the wisdom in that suggestion and scheduled the repair for November 25 or 26. They came out and reattached the smaller piece of glass that had become unhinged. But the overall flexible condition of the shower installation remains the same. We now will have to seek other expertise in the area to get this installation corrected. We have sought advice from experts in Tucson where we primarily reside and they have noted several issues with the construction that contribute to the lack of robustness (I.e. Design, support sizing and materials, joinery). Unfortunately, in hindsight, it appears the Rock did not have the expertise to design the needed enclosure. I cannot recommend The Rock for frameless shower installations.

The serviceman/installer was professional and on time and discs great job repairing balancer in out window.

They were prompt, responsive, the price was right and the window is still there. My only complaint is that the installer departed after replacing the window and left glass shards underneath the replaced window. If I hadn't noticed that, it would have been a possibly unpleasant surprise during spring planting under that window. I asked for a minimal refund because of that and it was not forthcoming. At the very least, the company could have sent someone to clean it up. They did not. The date of service is approximate. (I'm catching up on my reviews.)
