TCR Rooter & Plumbing Repair

Initial quote from different plumber was for $10,000. Good thing I got two more quotes. TCR did the entire install for $2,000, saving $8,000. Brian the tech was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. A+ service!

The first technician installed, tested, the system. After a day or so, not enough pressure in the system. TCR sent another technician, who claimed to fix, but did not. They then sent a THIRD technician who figured out what was wrong and fixed the system. All without an extra charge after the initial payment.

Chris was awesome! He was prompt, knowledgeable, clean and efficient and even though it was a holiday weekend, he was courteous and the price was excellent. Best experience I've had in a while.

Drain now better. Harrison also suggested to hold down the flush lever till the bowl clears. Really old toilet. Works great now.

The plumber was able to convert the fittings for our stove. He showed up when they said he would, worked efficiently, and the cost was reasonable. We've used TCR for years for other plumbing needs, everything from fixing a leaking sink to laying a new water pipe from the meter to our house, which required getting a back hoe into the yard and digging up about 50 yards of pipe. They have been excellent, and always responsive, competent, and reasonably priced. We recommend them highly!

They are working around my schedule. They responded right away to the issue. They have been here to scope it three times now. The owner himself came to see exactly what is going on. The owner is very friendly as is his staff. They all have a great attitude and are prompt. These guys are great.
