Worse than horrible! Started with the office manager's incorrect scheduling by one week, then when the person showed up the work order did not have everything discussed. Pricing conflicts existed because of the office manager's quote on how much stairs would cost. She quoted $40 for a set but because I have so many I paid double for the stairs and had him clean only two rooms and the hall, yet still paid for three to be fair. The worker STOLED my sunglasses off my phone table. The next day I had him back to question about the sunglasses, work on a stain that was not dealt with, and properly do the Scotchgard because after testing a few areas, water did not bead. This discussion was to allow him to "think" about the situation and come clean so the owner would not necessarily need to get involved. The worker neither denied or admitted to the theft. I've tried to be in touch with the owner to discuss the lack of communication between the office manager, the worker, and me, the customer. And of course I will discuss the sunglass issue. The owner didn't have time to meet and discuss, for six days, which is not here yet. So, I paid $350 for 2 rooms, 1 hall, the tops only of 37 stairs, and Scotchgard. The worker did not have to move any furnishings.
