+ -1 moreAmusing, educational and practical. What a nice bunch of people!! The woman answering the phone was polite and professional. She gave me a reasonable expectation of cost, and information about any overages that might occur. Personally, I think I might have been undercharged. The two men that came out looked for quite a while for my septic tank. Always cheerful. Always professional. The head guy regularly gave me suggestions for upkeep of my septic tank, and plenty of information that I found useful. The guys spent a couple of hours keeping me amused and informed.
Description of Work: My septic tank was discovered, dug out, and completely emptied.

+ -1 moreThe driver in formed me that there was a second clean out port. The previous company was only cleaning one third of the tank. I am guessing either to come back more often or to lazy to dig up the other clean out.Good people to deal with!
