Terrible. A young man first came out, took the entire hot tub apart, and left, saying, "I have no idea how to fix this, I will have the boss call you." We waited about a week, with no response, so we began calling the provider, leaving messages, and e-mails asking when they might come back. They finally responded about 3 weeks later, stating "sorry we didn't get back to you". The owner came out, looked at the hot tub, took about 3 visits to get it running again, and charged us about 550 dollars. When we looked at the hot tub, when it was put back together again, there were screws missing, so that if you touched a button it would push into the cover. The pieces were replaced not properly, so the system is a bit sideways, and the heater override button is pushed permanently closed. The hot tub heater stopped working again about two weeks later. They came, said it was an electrical piece, and charged us about 150 dollars. The heater again stopped working two weeks later. When I called, they did not take responsibility for not fixing the system in the first place, and I would have to pay them again to come out and fix it. I feel like we just lost over 700 dollars to get our hot tub back in worse condition than it started. After asking around, I found out that this service has a poor reputation among other hot tub companies in Flagstaff. Do yourself a favor, do not let this company get its hands on your hot tub, or your money!
