+ 0 moreIt was great! James was a magician the way he juggled between 1000K classic car needs and my slovenly aged SUV. I was amused and impressed to see his skills. His assistant, Lisa, was helpful as well. She showed me how to use the new music system in an understandable manner. Watch out, though... James told me the warranty is void if I listened to country music. Still chuckling about that one. Bluetooth -- now that's an amazing invention! This is the first time I've had it. Lisa warned me that the incoming calls would be LOUD. They were, But all I had to do was punch the call button and presto! a voice. Look, ma, no hands. Can you tell how old I am? The bottom line is this was a fun experience that provided the music system I needed and introduced me to Bluetooth.

+ 0 moreI cant say enough good about this operation. I made an appointment to have a radio installed, not one from his stock but a gift I had. I was treated very warmly and the installation was not an easy one for the installer. The installation was perfect an the price was less than what was expected. The walk thru after the installation was very detailed. I highly recommend this operation.
