septic tank
+ -1 moreThe man who showed up was very patient and kind. I was not feeling very well, and he treated me and my property kindly and with respect, even when I was having a hard time. It took a littler over a hour to do, including digging up the tank opening and putting it back. He was a tiny bit late, but I was late too so it turned out fine. He was utterly professional and very nice. I had to go scrounging for extra money for the fee and he didn't even complain. Thank you!
Description of Work: My septic tank needed to be drained. There was some bad mojo in there that had been flushed down the drain.

+ -1 moreCarlos Sabedra is the technician that does the work. Elizabeth is in the office. They do dependable work. They are certified with various systems, as well. He is always on time.

+ -1 moreHe uses an electronic locator if you are unsure where the tank is. Once he finds it, he can put in a cap for a small charge so it is easy for him to find in the future. He is very honest and let us know that since we are not here full time that we would need to flush the system every 2-3 years instead of charging us for every year.
