+ -1 moreOn Saturday morning, one of our computers would not complete booting. Called SCT (Sonic) little before 9 am on Saturday and Ray said that he would be here at 11 am. He arrived at about 15 minutes EARLY! He worked on the computer about an hour and found that there was a hardware problem with computer's memory. He was courteous and competent.
Description of Work: One of our computers would not complete the boot sequence which required finding the reason the computer would not boot.
