We had just moved to the town four years ago and didn’t have a home yet. This is an expensive community to live in and it has a lot of overly priced properties. What we got with them was higher than normal market value. The customer service was atrocious. At the end of our lease, they tried to spring up some extra things that were not part of our original agreement. We had issues and they were exceptionally rude. We had no insulation in the attic or in the floor, later in the winter we had a freeze. The water heater froze because of the cold. I complained and asked them to make the property livable by putting in insulation and they argued with us and never did anything about that. So we had to pay for extra wood for the wood burning stove and had to keep it burning twenty-four hours a day, all winter long. It was all together a very poor experience. My friends and colleagues that used them had a bad experience as well.
