Description of Work: Trina Painter was our realtor from Russ Lyon/Sotheby's Reality. She helped set up our house hunting from over a thousand miles away. She stayed in touch every day, "met" with us by phone and when we arrived in Flagstaff to do the onsite viewing of properties, she was great at reading our needs and helping to finalize a purchase. We are still in process, but feel she was a tremendous resource in the largest purchase of our lives!

 + -1 moreAt first my plan was to build a new home and after I had made the offer, my experience with the builder deterioriated. Annette Kershner, my agent, went back to the builder four times to try and make the deal work. I finally walked away from the purchase. I then chose to continue looking. Annette was always responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. Together we found the town house that I am now purchasing and she has been on top of every detail. The housing market in my price range ($200K - $225K) is very thin in Flagstaff and properties turn over very quickly. You must have an agent that can stay abreast of the market and work with you when you find your treasure.
Description of Work: I worked with real estate agent Annette Kershner. Annette is very personablel, knowedgeable of real estate in Northern Arizona, and professional. She made it fun to look for a new home. I have had an offer accepted and we are in the process of finalizing details for the closing. Annette has been diligent about meeting deadlines and kept me aware of all the details I should know as a buyer. I would use Annette and the Russ Lyon/Sotheby's again, and am pleased to recommend them to others.

 + -1 moreI love when hard working, cordial people make money off of me. I've been in sales a long time and can not believe the rudeness, shady attitude of Tina Dudek. We will buy a house in Flagstaff Arizona this year, no doubt but it will not be one listed under Russ Lyon and Tina Dudek. Pushy and rude is no way to go through life.
Description of Work: Tina Dudek was the selling agent for a house we were looking to purchase.
