HORRIBLE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My property management company called them to come out and fix a dripping shower head. TOOK 2 WEEKS OF "PHONE TAG" JUST TO SCHEDULE THEM TO COME OUT. Once they came out, they told me the water line, shower head, shower hose were old and needed flushed to stop dripping. Showed me how to do it. Then they wrote the invoice and said "nothing wrong, couldn't find the problem," so I got charged by my property management company who said Royal Plumbing didn't tell them the same thing they told me. I called Royal Plumbing 3 TIMES IN A WEEK AND A HALF (a month ago) and they never bothered to return my call. I was polite and requested a call back each time in order to straighten out the invoice to reflect what I was told. ONCE THEY HAD THEIR MONEY THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ONE PHONE CALL BACK TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THEIR INCORRECT INVOICE. I have NEVER had a Flagstaff company just IGNORE phone messages and never give the courtesy of a call back. If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I would. The only thing "Royal" about them is they are a "ROYAL PAIN IN THE A**" CALL ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This one clearly DOES NOT. I don't care if you can fix something or not, if you cannot treat people right YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! I am writing this review after over a month and a half of NO RESOLUTION.

My experience with Royal Plumbing Inc. was good. They did the job they said they were going to do. Same price as you expected in the charge.

Went great. Was timely, professional, consistent, fair and had complete command of the craft. Would recommend Royal Plumbing and will use their services in the future.

Used this company for years. Bookkeeping was a mess every single month. After ending the business relationship and firing the resident manager, the number of repairs drastically dropped. They did not do a thorough enough job, which cause backups to return soon. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This was the first time I used them. They did what they were supposed to do. There have been no issues since they did the installation. It took a little longer than I thought.

They were excellent. They were very professional. Apparently, they have been in the business for quite a while. They fixed some problem areas. When I hear Royal Plumbing, I think "oh yeah, I would definitely call them."

It went well. Ruben answered the phone and was there in a few hours to give an estimate, came back the next day and completed the job. He did the job quickly, and it turned out well with the same cost as was quoted.

Came on a Saturday and took care of everything.

Fully professional ... by now I don't remember details, except that we were very happy overall.

I have used them before in the past.

They arrived on time and the job was done quickly and neatly.
