Description of Work: Talked to him on the phone and he was suppose to come by my son's home and give an estimate of updating their rain gutters. He never showed up, never called to rearrange another date to provide an estimate.

Description of Work: I needed to gutter water that would freeze on steps and in other inconvenient locations. After explaining what I needed over the phone, Rick came at an agreed upon time while I was at work. He left a message explaining what he thought should be done. It was exactly what I had in mind. They showed up as agreed and in short order had my seamless gutter in place and tested. I will be hiring them back to the other side of my mobile home. Thanks Rick.
