Mick's Tree Service LLC

Mike is an absolute crook! We have a tree that is dead in our backyard. He contacted us about removing the tree and we said no. So he reported us to the city so we would get cited and have to remove the tree or face legal actions. Now I know how he gets his business for his tree cutting company. He needs to mind is own business and find a different way to get customers.

Mick explained everything and made suggestions when he gave us our bid. Mick and his crew arrived on time, did a very professional job (without using spikes which would have damaged our trees) and cleaned up all debris afterward. We will definitely use him for any further work we need done.

He was very easy to deal with. Quickly got to the job and did the job. Made the estimate by looking at phone pics of the problem. Provided phone pics of the site after work was done. I was in Phoenix at the time of the work. Others have inspected the job and found the work to be very good.

The service was excellent. Mick came out and inspected the trees, providing a quote that he held true to at the time of invoicing. Service was completed within a week of the quote visit. On the day of service, Mick came out with a team of 4 other guys, 3 of which were up in the trees, 1 of which was gathering the debris, while Mick provided instructions from the ground. Throughout the entire process, Mick and his team were all very professional an polite. The team was very understanding as our younger daughter and I walked around, as she asked questions about what they were doing. All of the debris was cleaned up, with the grounds looking as good as they did, before the team arrived. If/when we need additional tree work, Mick's will be the first that we call!!!

The service was excellent. He has a crew and they came with him. They were excellent. They worked hard. They came the day they said they were going to come and they completed it that day. What stood out about them was the quality of their work. They were responsive and they communicated with me well.

They are punctual. The crew members work efficiently and safely. If a question arose they checked with owner to be certain work was done as anticipated.

The guy was very nice. I thought the price was very reasonable. It seems the timing was off for me. We were at the end of the season. It was light. I did not want to get into it in the winter time and by the time spring rolled around, I forgot about it. He was very honest though. I thought one needed to come down and he said it was fine. I did like him very much. I think they were pretty fair. He came out very quickly. He said he would be there and he was. I had no problems with them.

I knew Mick from a previous occasion when he came out for an emergency retrieval of an injured bird from a tree. His kind personality then made me choose his company this year when our 2 fruit trees needed trimming. The process was fast and painless for us and very reasonable.

Above and beyond, great communication, timely manor, 3 clean cut young men I'd have felt comfortable having stay for dinner showed up, did more than was expected, in a very professional manor.

Mick came to our house for a free estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call. He scheduled the work for a time that was convenient for me. He came on time to complete the work and all work was completed as specified. Mick is pleasant to work with and very professional. Would definitely use again!

I was watching a friends house. When I went to go check on things after the storm I noticed the limb on the wire. I called several services and Mick's was the one that could come that afternoon. They did an excellent job getting the limb of the cable wire as well as taking care not to harm the many garden plants around my friends yard. They explained why the branch broke. They did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. I thought the price was resonable.

He came out gave an estimate. Did not push for anything I didn't want. They came when they said did everything agreed on and cleaned up every little branch they were AMAZING!

Mick is very professional and knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable quote for the job. He and his team did an outstanding job and cleaned up so well, you?d never guess they were there. They come out every year to fertilize my trees. I grade them all A's. I would use them again.

Mitch was on the job next day. Aspen trees was leaning due to growing old and top heavy. He has a degree in Forestry from NAU and is certified as an arborist. Mick is reliable, honest and reasonable. His crew works safely and cleans up after themselves. He knows what he's doing and has taken care of our trees for the past five years, at least.
