We contacted Michael to help us with a short sale on our home. Michael was awesome! He helped us every step of the way: collecting and submitting our short sale documents, working with the title company, negotiating with the bank, etc. Ultimately, we were unable to come to an agreement with the bank and did not complete the sale, but our overall experience was still very positive . Short sales can be stressful and there are many factors that need to be considered and weighed by the home owner. Michael was truthful and honest with us about our options and did not try to persuade us into making decisions we were uncomfortable with like some realtors would. Instead, it was very easy to see that Michael truly cared about us and wanted us to be happy with our decisions. Throughout the experience I remained stress-free and felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is trying to sell their home.

I rented from this company from two years and only had problems for the last year. In the second year of renting from this company we had a lady take over as are realtor. Never have i been treated so badly as i was in this last year. We had a few things break in the house like our oven when i let them know i was treated like and idiot who just did not know how to work the oven and was asked questions like if i knew that i had to wait for it to heat up. This agent has also on more then one occasion talked poorly about us to new roommates moving in. Telling them that we were not people that they wanted to be living with and saying that we always paid late and did wild and crazy things all the time and they would be better off not living in our house. I would call and no one would ever been in to answer questions or would ever return the calls it seemed like it was up to me to do all the work when it came to communication. I would warn anyone looking to rent through this company to be very careful and if you do make sure that you document everything that happens between you and this company because they seem to be very good at changing their story to fit so that they have not done anything wrong.
