Merry Maids of Flagstaff

They are a good option. They are fairly expensive for the amount of work and they have lost my house key several times. If I could find another option that was reliable and less expensive, I would switch immediately.

They were supposed to arrive between 1230 and 130 pm. They showed up 1100 am and we were unprepared to have them there that early since we have 1 1/2 yr old twins at home. They did a mediocre job at best. The bathrooms and kitchens were done well but we had to re-vacuum the common area and living room a few days later. The 2 cleaners finished,what usually takes my me and husband 4 hours, in 2 hours. They did not clean all the ceiling fans (only the 2 that were turned off). They did not clean any of the blinds like they said they were going to do. The worst part was... Our camera went missing that day!! We had not had any visitors or babysitters in the house and we TORE THE HOUSE APART looking for it.... GONE!! We called the owner and were told to file a police report, which we did. It apparently was a and quot;he said, she saidand quot; case so nothing was done and Christine, the owner the the franchise, has done nothing to reimburse us. All we really wanted back was the card that had the kids pictures on it. I will NOT be using this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

I use them in both of my houses, and they do great work. It took a while to get them used to the way I would like things cleaned, I have the same women come down and they know what to expect. I would recommend them.

Merry Maids is very dependable and professional. They call with a confirmation prior to the cleaning date, and the cleaning staff carry a notebook of tasks for each home. They provide their own products and equipment but will use whatever you want to provide if you have a special or favorite product for cleaning. They are very efficient and effective; they do an excellent job! Any problems or questions are addressed immediately. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so.

The people who called were nice and polite. They did not service my area however. It was 7 miles out of their range.

They were awesome. The value was there. They did a good job and I did not overpay. They were very nice and they were able to work around my schedule. And, they did it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond, they really did go out of their way.

The do such a great job we have them do our own home...

They showed up on time and after a tour of the house and letting them know what I wanted done they got straight to work. They were extremely focused on what they we doing.

I was satisfied with their services. They were really friendly and helpful. I was not 100% satisfied with the quality, but they were prompt.

I used them twice in the last two months to clean my house. The last time was a move out cleaning service. They were right on time and were able to complete the job very quickly. The people that came out to clean were all very friendly.

This is the first time I used them. They cleaned the whole house. They did cleaning for two hours. They gave a good service. They did a good job. No complaints. I would use them again in the future.

Merry Maids has been cleaning for us for more than 6 years. We have been using their services exclusively for basic cleaning and full service (linen changes). They provide excellent , professional services. They are pleasant and easy to work with. When you need to change the schedule or request something special, it is never a problem. If they find something that needs repair or is not working properly, they let us know right away. The house always looks and smells clean when they are done. I like that they leave you a note regarding what they did and whether they focused on any room for extra cleaning. Even the fact that they routinely select focus areas for extra cleaning is a benefit I have not found with other cleaning services.

They were very punctual. Got an estimate the next day and booked them to clean the following week. Overall, the cleaning job was a and quot;B.and quot; They missed some big things like the dinning room table which had enough dust that you could write your name. There were some other areas that they missed, too, but these were minor. I would use them again with maybe a little more direction. Update Sept. 2011: I had them come back out after the inside of the house was painted and new wood flooring was put down. The 2 girls were very nice and did a great job. I've updated all the ratings to and quot;Aand quot;.

The initital estimate visit was great with suggested plan for 2 times a month. The house is on the market and needs to be clean and straight every day. The estimate was presented professionally and was fair. They call me the day prior to the housecleaning day. We are usually at work when they clean. The staff leave a description of what was completed with the area that recevied special attention. It has been trouble free and valuable. I like all the people I deal with.

We have used Merry Maids since 2005. Their staff does an excellent job and includes "special attention" rooms on each visit that get an extra good cleaning. They call the day before they are to come and leave a report with each visit that describes who was there and what was cleaned. If I have any special needs or have to change a date, they are very responsive and cooperative. We have not had any issues with this company. They are great.
