Description of Work: Old opener failed after 30+ years of service, so asked Vickers to replace & install new opener. They installed, at my request, a top of the line opener, adjusted everything and carted away the scrap.

Description of Work: Loren provides service for our front and rear gates as well as overhead garage doors. We recently had a driver run in to our rear access gate door. The total mechanism for opening and closing the door was wiped. Parts are on order for making the necessary repairs.

+ -1 moreI found this place with Angie's List and got through on the first call. The lady who answered took notes and said she would talk to scheduling and call me back. She called back within the hour and I had an appointment for the next day for repair work. They replaced the broken spring (not easy to do) and the broken guide wire on one side. It took about 2 hours and they asked for payment at the time of completion. I was happy to pay for such quick and professional service. The parts were 120 and labor was 80. They accepted credit card or check. Will certainly call them again if needed in the future. Well done.
