I met with 3 agents before deciding on Karen. She was professional and was willing to go the extra mile to work with my parents. My parents are in assisted living and don't have access to technology. This meant that Karen had to go to their assisted living facility multiple times to complete the transaction. She was very good at explaining any issues and she arranged to have minor repairs quoted and completed in order to sell the house. This was a great help because I live in Amarillo and her connections were invaluable. She didn't make my parents select the service providers that she chose---she just had connections and they were in the driver's seat on the entire transaction. I would recommend her without any reservations.
