I made an appointment weeks in advance and the owner forgot about it and didn't even bother to contact me. I found out the day before they were due to come to do the work. What really was upsetting was that the owner told me that if any other pro offered to come out that I should contact her! Would have been nice to have a reciprocal arrangement.

Lynn was responsive, took the time to explain the issues, and was extremely thorough in her investigation of a problem. She was thoughtful of any mess but did not hesitate to get in the dirt herself as was necessary. Excellent value. I would absolutely recommend her.

She's well trained. She'll see hidden hazards that you don't see and you're not aware of. She can pretty much handle anything electrical. She will get up in the attic. I have never had any problems with the work she's performed. I am definitely a satisfied customer. And I have referred her to friends (and they've been happy with her.) Definitely good to have in your network.
