+ -1 moreutHe did a competent job, but compared to the performance of our previous professional geek, it still feels like the machines should be running better and there were no useful suggestions about getting better performance. I guess all the work was done correctly.

+ -1 moreComputer display went blurry and fuzzy. I called Jand J and he came out the same day. Looked at the computer display and thought it might be the monitor. Changed monitor and the fuzziness went away. Rehooked up my monitor and it worked fine. Suspect it was one of the cables that had worked loose over time.
Description of Work: He checked my computer and double-checked it and then fixed it.

Description of Work: Extracted data from computer. The hard drive when out completely, but trying different techniques they were able to get the data.
