They are absolute professionals in everything they do; so if you're looking for a company that does a lot of different things well this is an outfit for you. I have done mostly plumbing work for me, but it's obvious that their standards of professionalism are quite high.

Description of Work: Replaced my tankless propane hot water system. |The equipment recommended was perfect and was based on their personal experience. My existing unit was undersized per their calcs. They were at the house at the time promised on a Fri morning and worked until 7 pm on that Fri evening to complete the job to make sure I had hot water for the weekend. Work by a 3 people who were on the jobsite was very professional and they were all very knowledgeable. I thought the price might have been a little high (I checked on the unit and Intermountain had a reasonable mark-up. When I saw the amount of work they did I think I actually got a bargain. They cleaned up a spaghetti nest of bad plumbing in replacing my unit, so they area now looks very neat and gives me space back. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a leak under our concrete slab. They arrived on time, found the problem quickly, and provided alternative solutions to the necessary repairs.

Description of Work: We discovered on our own that we had a serious underslab hot water leak, and on the advice of a good friend, we called them. They came out promptly, figured out how to fix the problem [by repiping] without having to bust up the slab, and scheduled the repair. They do plumbing, both new and repair jobs [including large commercial as well as residential], as well as installation and service on heating and cooling. Their senior techs are very, very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. The repairs were completed on schedule and they actually came in under their original estimate. In summary they really know their business, they are straight-shooters, they arrive on time, leave the place clean, and they do high quality work at very fair prices. Can't ask more than that!
